South African Fynbos
The South African Fynbos is a Mediterranean shrub community like Southern California's Chaparral. Characteristic plants such as proteas, gladiolus, and leucodendrons are not only drought tolerant but bloom in our winter period for much needed color in our California friendly gardens.
